Join us for 75 minutes of nourishing restorative yoga and healing soundscapes curated by Brennah D’Layn.
The experience will begin with a brain harmonizing practice for the body.
You’ll then be invited to float away on layers of sound, experiencing a deep realignment of mind, body and spirit during restorative postures.
The effects of practicing restorative yoga for one hour are said to feel similar to getting a full body massage or a really amazing night's sleep.
