Embark with us upon a magical journey through the healing vibrations and soothing frequencies of sacred sound. In this immersive experience, you will be bathed by crystal singing bowls, percussion instruments, chimes and sacred soul songs.

Each of the seven bowls align with each of our seven chakras and the seven luminaries, creating a beautiful bridge between our inner and outer cosmos, for the purposes of energetic alignment and healing, both raising and grounding our beings.

Each of the instruments Emily plays and the light language she sings combine to serve as loving guides toward inner and outer healing.

We will open our time together with a heart-centering meditation, mindful movement, and light breathwork to draw ourselves down from the mind and soften the energy of our souls and bodies before entering the sacred sound bath.

We will end our time together with an integrative herbal tea ceremony to set intentions together for the week ahead.
