Where: Emerald Coast Yoga & Expressive Arts (Studio 288) located inside the historic Sacred Heart building in East Hill.

What to expect:

Join Chancee and Heather for a deeply restful sound healing and yoga experience. Participants can expect to nourish their bodies through restful poses guided by Heather while immersing in the lovely sound healing provided by Chancee.

Bolsters, blankets, blocks, and tea will be provided, along with a few small gifts!

Investment: $35

Please note - Registration required. If you are unable to attend after registering, please give 24 hr notice. Refunds will not be issued in the case of "no - show".
