This class is designed to guide you on a powerful journey toward strength, flexibility, and renewal. You’ll engage your core, stretching your limits and deepening your connection to the body that supports you.
Embark on a journey of self-discovery with a gentle Vinyasa style yoga designed to kick start your practice! (Think: Cat/Cow, Plank to Cobra, Up dog/Down dog. Repeat!) Whether you're brand new to yoga or you're in need of a nice warm up! You will experience an inviting space for movement and release. Let’s take this time to “press play” and move our beloved vessels to a fun playlist and good company.
