Conscious Grief group where women can share grief in a safe and sacred space. We will also learn coping skills as well as practice connection with our loved ones in the spirit world.
Thank you!
This week’s meeting will begin with a restorative yoga session. Restorative yoga is a gentle, therapeutic style of yoga focused on relaxation, healing, and stress relief. It involves holding passive poses for extended periods, often supported by props like bolsters, blankets, or blocks, to allow the body to fully relax without effort. The goal is to calm the nervous system, release tension, and promote deep rest, which can help reduce stress, improve flexibility, and aid in recovery from injury or illness. Unlike more active forms of yoga, restorative yoga emphasizes stillness and mindfulness, often with fewer poses in a session.
Brennah with Mud Lotus Arts will be leading this gentle restorative yoga session based on love offerings.
After yoga we will open up to discussing grief and sharing stories of connection with our loved ones in a safe sacred space while enjoying hot teas and cookies. 6-8pm
